Shipping and Handling is calculated automatically at the checkout page. Simply add your items, click on Checkout, and enter your shipping information. You will see the cost of shipping and handling before entering your billing information. All items are usually shipped the next business day unless otherwise indicated. We do not ship on weekends. Delivery time does not include weekends and holidays (if we ship via 2-day air on a Friday, it will be scheduled for delivery on Tuesday). We are closed during weekends and holidays. Continental U.S. Only: UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day AirŪ, UPS Next Day AirŪ, UPS Next Day Air SaverŪ, FedEx Ground, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx Standard Overnight (Priority and Saturday shipping available upon request) International: DHL International Express, International Global Express (USPS).

Please note that we reserve the right to upgrade shipping to DHL on our discretion We are not responsible for any duties, customs taxes, or tariffs which may be required upon package entry into your country. We do not mark international packages in any manner of deception or with the intention to "trick" customs in any way. Alaska: UPS and FedEx is not available for these locations, please select either UPS Ground or FedEx Ground (whichever is cheaper) and your items will be shipped via USPS by either Priority Mail or EMS. Hawaii: FedEx is not a available to Hawaii, please select any of the UPS options. P.O. APO/Military Address: While we are happy to provide our products to military addresses, the only available method for us to do so is by USPS Priority Mail. Please choose the APO/FPO shipping option. In the event that overnight service is not available to your area, your order will be adjusted to the next expedient service and cost of shipping automatically adjusted. USPS Service: We do not ship USPS everyday. USPS shipments are processed on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays unless affected by holidays.

Refund & Return Policy

Returns must have prior authorization and receive an RMA number.

To obtain an RMA [Return Merchandise Authorization] number please complete our Online RMA Form by clicking here. Please note that we verify that the serial numbers match on all products. All of our items include a 30 day warranty unless otherwise stated. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item from us or if the product fails within 30 days, we will fix or replace the product at no charge. The customer is responsible for any shipping cost to us and we are responsible for the shipping cost back to you. We also offer a 7 day refund policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, just contact us for an RMA number. Once the product is returned, we will issue a refund. Please note that all refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds or exchanges accepted after 30 days. Also note that shipping charges are the customers responsibility and are non refundable. Please include your original shipping label with your return.
